For instructions on accessing, follow these steps

  1. Click Action Center

  2. Click Change Action Center Settings

   

  1. Click Problem Reporting Settings

   

  1. Click Change report settings for all users

   

 

  1. What problem report settings do you want to use for all users?

    1. Automatically check for solutions(recommended)

    2. Automatically check for solutions and send additional data, if needed

    3. Each time a problem occurs, ask me before checking for solutions

    4. Never check for solutions (not recommended)

    5. Allow each user to choose settings

  2. Click OK
