To access Advanced System Properties, do the following

Open System
Click on Advanced

There are four options to access

Performance
1. Visual effects, processor scheduling, memory usage, and virtual memory
User Profiles
1. Desktop settings related to your sign-in
Startup and Recovery
1. System startup, system failure, and debugging information
Environment Variables
