Double-click on the Time on the Taskbar

Click Change Date and Time settings...

Adjust Date and Time

Click OK

Set Time Zone

Double-click on the Time on the Taskbar

Click Change Date and Time settings...

Adjust Date and Time

Click Change Time zone...

Adjust the time zone to your area

Click OK
