To open Internet Explorer, choose the method you want to access it with

Accessing via the Desktop

Access Run or Search window
Type INTERNET

Click OK

Accessing via the Desktop

You can access Internet Explorer from the Desktop if the icon is on the desktop. The Icon will look similar to this

The icon is not listed on the desktop by default

Accessing Via the Programs list

Click Start

Click Internet Explorer
