Install printers on a server

To install a printer on a print server you will need to know the IP address of the printer. Once you have the IP address do the following

Open Printers and Faxes (This link will open in a different window)
Double-click Add Printer

Click Next

Select Local printer attached to this computer
1. Make sure Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer is unchecked

There is two option to choose from
1. If the IP address you are going to use has already been configured, click here
2. If this is a new install where you have to add the IP address click here.
