Set up a limited user acount
Windows 10
If you want to allow a someone to use the computer but you want the person to have limited access to features, you can create a limited account.
To do this, follow these steps

Click Start

Click Settings
 |

Click Accounts
 |

Click Family & other users
 |
-
Click Add someone else to this PC
 |
-
Click I don't have this person's sign-in information
 |
-
Click Add a user without a Microsoft account
 |
-
Fill out Username, password and re-enter password, any additional info
 |

Click Next
 |
The account has been created
If later you want to modify the user account settings, do the following
To do this, follow these steps

Click Start

Click Settings
|
|
-
Click Accounts
|
|
-
Click Family & other users
|
|
-
Select the account, and click either Change account type or Remove
