Memorial services for Jeffrey Lee Jones, 55 of Troup, will be held
11:00 am, Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in
Mixon. Reverend Chris Cliborn will be officiating the service under
the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
Jeffrey was born in Madison, Tennessee November 14, 1960 to the late
Hubert Jones and Mildred Hesson Jones. He passed away Saturday, June
4, 2016. Jeffrey had lived in the east Texas area almost five years
and he attended the First Baptist Church in Mixon. He enjoyed
playing golf, going fishing, gardening and spending time working in
the yard.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Mildred
Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Cari Jimenez Jones of Troup; son,
Jeffrey Michael Jones of Tennessee; brother, Richard Jones of
Tennessee; father & mother in law, Abel & Sallye Jimenez of Corpus
Christi; also two nephews.
The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service,
Wednesday, 10:30 am at First Baptist Church in Mixon.
