How to disable Com add-ins
			
			
- 
				Disable any COM add-ins that you do not use regularly. 
- 
				Restart Outlook. 
- 
				If that does not resolve the problem, Disable the add-ins one by one 
- 
				If that does not resolve the problem, disable all addins 
To disable COM add-ins, choose the version of Outlook that you are using.
To disable COM add-ins, follow these steps:
- 
				On the Tools menu, Click Options 
- 
				Click the Other tab 
- 
				Click Advanced Options 
- 
				Click Add-Ins Manage 
- 
				In the Add-Ins dialog box, click to clear the check boxes for any COM add-ins that you want to disable 
- 
				Click OK Three times 
- 
				Restart Outlook. 
To disable COM add-ins, follow these steps:

				On the Tools menu, Click Trust Center 
- 
				Click Add-ins 
- 
				Click COM Add-ins in the Manage list 
- 
				Click Go 
- 
				In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, click to clear the check boxes for any COM add-ins that you want to disable 
- 
				Click OK 
- 
				Restart Outlook.

- 
				Click Trust Center 
- 
				Click Add-ins in the Manage list 
- 
				Click Go 
- 
				In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, click to clear the check boxes for any COM add-ins that you want to disable

				Restart Outlook.
