Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings

Informs you of the following

Computer name (each computer in a network has to have a different name or there will be a conflict)

Full computer name

Computer description

Workgroup (this name has to be the same on each system connected to the network)

You can change these settings by clicking Change settings
