How to access WINNT.SIF

Double-Click on My Computer

Right-click the CD-ROM drive

Click Explore

Double-click the I386 folder

Double-click WINNT.SIF

Click Open

Put the dot in Select the program from a list and click OK

Click Notepad and click OK

If you edit the WINNT.SIF file, when you save it, be sure to change "Save as type" from .txt to All files.
