To share or unshare Workbook

Choose the option you want to do

Share the workbook with others

  1. Open Excel
  2. Click Review tab
   
  1. You will see the Changes section
   
  1. Click Share Workbook button
   
  1. You will see that Allow changes by more than one user at the same time. This also allows workbook merging. is unchecked
   
  1. Put a check on the box for Allow changes by more than one user at the same time. This also allows workbook merging.
 
  1. Click OK
   

To remove the share on the workbook
