How to keep mail 
			on server
			
			
			This is instructions for Outlook 2007. The steps 
			may be different for other versions of Outlook but it should be 
			similar enough to help you navigate. 
			To keep email on the server, do the following
			
				- Click Tools
				- Click Account Settings
				- Highlight the account you want to alter
				- Click Change
				- Click More Settings
				- Click on Advanced
				- Put a check in Leave a copy of messages on the server.
				- If you want it removed from the server after a specified 
				time, put a check in Remove from server after and set the 
				amount of days.
				- If you want it removed from the server when it is deleted 
				from the deleted items put a check there as well.
