Copying files to an external drive
Advantages
The drive can be large enough to copy the files to the drive. You
see the files that you have saved so you know which files were
saved. The files are always accessible. The drive is portable. You
can take the information with you. The drive will only be in danger
of being infected by spyware or a virus when it is connected. You
can disconnect it when not in use.

			Disadvantages
Since you are manually selecting the files, you can overlook a file.
This can also be time consuming. Also if since you are doing it
manually, you may forget to back your files up.
